Job Summary:
Employee will be assisting domestic sales \/marketing specialist to develop and serving China B2B sales. This person will be also responsible for monitoring D\u2019Addario Tmall sellers and work with related data from the U.S. about Taobao to manage and follow up with various dealers to create a healthy E-commerce cyber space environment.  She need to maintain sales documents ,marketing support and take care of the regular administration works for DSTC.
Major Responsibilities\/Activities:
•        Collect and filed the dealer application form with business license to meet the requirements, and properly store the information for future use.
•        Update the existent electronic dealer information list once a new dealer added.
•        Alternate and backing up the B2B sales activities, assisting B2B sales specialist\u2019s work.
•        Support B2B sales specialist to follow up with dealer contact information obtained from Music Show.
•        Coordinate with eligible Tmall dealers and DSTC manager to process Tmall certificate.
•        Update the existent Tmall dealer sheet and monitoring performance on a regular basis, contacting dealers as required.
•        Work with the U.S. monitoring report, review and investigate alleged findings, contact the stores who sell counterfeit and OEM in a further attempt to stop their actions.
•        Update the DSTC dealer E-commerce authorized list to send to U.S. monitoring company for reference.
•        assist and support Marketing actions for DSTC
•        Regular administration works involvement .
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•        Adept with Microsoft office software.
•        Solid Chinese and English communication skills on both verbal and in written.
•        To be able to play the instrument(s) is preferred  

Minimum Qualifications:
•        Bachelor’s degree graduated from formal Chinese university. (\u201c211\u201d Chinese key university is preferred )
•        Two-to-five years of sales or administration working experience.
•        Good working attitude with team work spirit..
•        Passionate about music.
