大家好，我是Jeff Loomis。我来中国向我的歌迷展示各种吉他技艺。我希望我能在关注获得更多的关注，所以我非常期待你们能在中国看到我的表演，万分感谢大家！
问题1：这是你第一次来到中国，你对中国的印象如何？你是如何看待你这里的歌迷？
我非常喜欢这里，昨晚我刚刚抵达中国，就我所看到的而言，这里的天很美，昨晚的美食也非常赞。我并不知道这里有多少我的粉丝，但我很乐意在这里与我的粉丝相会，我太喜欢到这里来演奏吉他了。

问题2：这次你来上海乐展为Schecter吉他做演示，能不能谈谈你的吉他？
我的签名款吉他？我基本上没对我的吉他做什么改动，但每个吉他使用者都会有自己的演奏方式，他们并不一定会按照我的设置来弹奏。这是一对我最新的签名款吉他，下面的那款FLYING V造型的吉他，将会在近期推出。这款吉他的配置和上面两把吉他差不多，就是换了一个造型。这些都是简约的吉他，一个音量旋钮，大号的品丝，我就喜欢这样的吉他。
问题3：一般在巡演中你都使用哪些设备？
我使用的音箱和效果器，也都是非常简单。通常我使用TC的单块效果器，但我没在这次的演出中使用。另外我喜欢用IBANEZ的过载效果器和ENGL的吉他音箱。我已经用ENGL的音箱很久很久了。
问题4：在退出Nevermore后，你有什么新计划？
我是想在近期做一些小调整了，因为和NEVERMORE在一起的时间太长了，所以我并不是太想去参加另外一支乐队。但在近期我已经完成了我个人专辑的录制工作，这是一张以器乐为主的专辑。这张专辑将在明年3月面世，在这张专辑完成发行后，也许会发生些什么，我已经考虑过参加另外的一支乐队。但就现在而言，这是JEFF LOOMIS的SOLO时间！

There’s a couple new models right here.There’s one down below, the Flying V model that’s going to be released.basicallyit’s the same as the one of top but it has a different body on it. So, verysimple guitar, one volume knob, big gigantic frets, just the way I like it.
The amps and ther pedals that I use, Ibasically keep it real simple. I use the electronic effects pedals, but Ididn’t have them with me for this…this show. But I also have a simple overdrivepedal by Ibanez, Engel amps, I’ve been using Engle amps for a very long timenow, so. . .yeah.
I’m just kinda taking it a step at a timeat the moment, because Nevermore had been together for a really long time, soI’m not really itching to get into another band, but at the moment I’m uh justgetting done recording a solo project. . . instrumental / (slash) vocals and uhthat’s gonna be out some time in March. . . anduh basically, we’ll see whathappens after that. I’ve thought about another band, but for now, its just JeffLoomis solo.
